Succulent Gardens Crafternoon Tea Workshop with The Flower House

Sun 29th Mar 2020 - 2pm

Shelley Newton from The Flower House in Old Costessey will be teaching students how to design their own mini garden in a vintage glass bowl filled with easy-to-care for succulent plants. Florist Shelley will cover everything from creating your own mini masterpiece to caring for your new garden. As well as being given all the materials and plants you need to create your own succulent garden, you’ll learn how to choose plants which will thrive and will enjoy a session in which you’ll get creative, inspire your curiosity and enhance your wellbeing through the beauty of botany!

This two-hour workshop and tea is sponsored by The Assembly House Trust, and costs £40pp including a hot drink and a scone of your choice - either sweet with clotted cream and jam, or cheese, Colman’s Mustard and chive with butter (please let us know any dietary requirements in advance, vegan and gluten-free available). Places are limited to 18 and the class will last approximately two hours. Booking is essential.

Shelley will be joining us again later in the year for more workshops including last year’s sold-out Christmas Wreath Crafternoon Tea with 2020’s fabulous themed Festive Afternoon Tea.
