Flint and Fromage at The Assembly House

Fri 28th Jun 2024 - 7pm

Join us for an evening filled with Cheddar chatter, brie-lliant flavours, and gouda company! We've curated a grate selection of cheeses and the finest wines from our wine-derful vineyard partner, Flint Vineyard.

Ben Witchell of Flint – based at Earsham in Norfolk – has been creating his heavenly vineyard since 2015 nad now has more than 26,000 vines and a state-of-the-art winery.

Flint has gained a solid reputation for producing some of the best premium English still wines and has also created the wildly popular Charmat Rosé, the first sparkling wine to be made using the Charmat method, most commonly used in Prosecco.

In addition to trying some of Flint’s finest wines, you will also be treated to a selection of carefully-chosen cheese dishes designed to complement each.

Enjoy a tutored tasting from Flint’s Dan Kirby, who will reveal the secrets of the wine-making process and why Norfolk is such a wonderful place to produce wine.

£60pp to include tasting plates and wine.
