The Assembly House Christmas Fairs: apply to be a stallholder

Are you a talented designer or maker with unique and high-quality crafts, designs, homewares, or artisan products? We want YOU to showcase your work at our Assembly House Christmas Markets on November 16 AND 30 2025! Choose a date and apply to come and join us! Applications close on May 30 and we aim to let you know within two weeks of this date if you have been successful.
Why Apply?
• Unmissable exposure: Our market is one of Norwich’s most exciting markets of the season, drawing in festive shoppers eager to discover beautiful, original items.
• Prime location: The entire ground floor of The Assembly House, including the stunning Music Room, Hobart Room, and Noverre Ballroom, will be transformed into a special winter market!
• Marketing support: We’ll be promoting the event far and wide to ensure a fantastic turnout, giving you the visibility your work deserves.
What We’re Looking For:
• Designers and makers with original, exciting, and high-quality products.
• Your work will be judged on price, quality of making, and overall standard.
Stalls range from £40 to £85. All spaces are indoors, fully accessible, with access to toilets and WiFi.

Please give us a description of the products you would like to sell. PLEASE NOTE we will not accept applications for food or drink vendors.

What is the price range of goods that you sell (for example, from £5 to £500)
Stall size required: 6ft stall with space for a rack or a rail (provided by stallholder), £85; a 6ft stall, £65 or a half-size 3ft stall, £40.
Do you require access to a plug socket?
What date would you prefer? Are you available on both dates?
Have you participated in similar events before?
We will need you to have Public Liability Insurance. Do you have this? if so, please attach your insurance certificate.
Please provide at least three images of your products/services or stall set-up.
