Join paper-flower wonder-worker Meg from Florigami for a very special seasonal Crafternoon Tea where you can celebrate the joy of Spring by making paper tulips and enjoying an Assembly House Cream Tea.

This three-hour session is perfect for those who have never made paper flowers before or who want to learn how to make a new flower.

You'll learn how to cut and shape petals from hand-dyed crepe paper and then bring your flowers to life with leaves.

Experienced paper-flower worker Meg will lead you through the morning and help you create spring magic in a calm atmosphere on large communal tables.

Experience is not necessary as this is a beginner's session. If you have never done anything like this before and want to try a new pastime to ground yourself and relax, this is the opportunity to do so!

Everyone taking part will also leave with a bunch of colourful spring tulips.

Once you have finished creating the floral shape of Spring, celebrate the season and your new friendships with everyone else taking part with your choice of one of our indulgent Cream Teas. Choose from:

* Traditional Cream Tea with two afternoon-tea sized fruit scones, clotted cream and strawberry jam served with a large pot of our Assembly House Afternoon Blend Tea

* Savoury Tea with two Cheddar, Colman's Mustard and chive scones, Norfolk Dapple cheese and Bramley apple chutney, served with a large pot of tea

* Chocolate Cream Tea with two triple chocolate scones, served warm with Nutella and clotted cream, plus a homemade hot chocolate laced with hazelnut syrup and topped with whipped cream

* Pink Cream Tea with two plain pink scones, clotted cream and strawberry jam, served with a large pot of our Assembly House Afternoon Blend Tea

Limited places available. This class is suitable for ages 16 and up. Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. Seating is on communal tables.
