You may check-in any time between 3pm and 9.30pm.

Complimentary parking in our car park located on Chantry Road is included for overnight guests. Simply collect a parking permit to display in your windscreen. The pass is valid from 3pm on your day of arrival until 11am on your day of departure.

Breakfast is included in your room rate. Breakfast is served in our Front Room from 7.30am - 9.30am and 8.00am - 10.00am on Sundays.

We take a £100 deposit at time of booking with remaining balance paid on departure. Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible by emailing admin@assemblyhousenorwich.co.uk or calling direct. In the event of a cancellation, if more than 48 hours prior to 12 noon of the day of arrival, any paid monies will be fully refundable. If cancellation is less than 48 hours before 12 noon of the day of arrival, 100% of the room rate will be due and will be automatically charged to the card used during booking. No-show guests forfeit their deposit and the full amount of the booking will be charged. The card used for payment of the deposit will also be automatically charged the full room balance. In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Breakfast and Afternoon Tea can be served to your room for a small tray charge.
