Room 14 Floorplan

Room 14 at The Assembly House

A light filled luxury boutique hotel room in Norwich with triple aspect views

Room 14 is cool, calm and collected in powder blue and lilac.

One of our newest rooms in the West Wing, this first floor beauty is dressed in English Heritage approved Georgian colours and layered with character. Venetian glass, Staffordshire china dogs, original artwork and a velvet chair the colour of a summer sky all combine to create a space that feels both elegant and quietly playful.

With triple aspect windows overlooking the Noverre Garden, our courtyard and fountain, and the rooftops of Norwich city centre, the light here is extraordinary. Morning coffee comes with views. Evening reading comes with chandeliers.

At its heart sits a bespoke four poster bed within an airy living space filled with antiques, a tiled fireplace of rare loveliness and plenty of corners to curl up in. The en suite bathroom features a generous drench shower in a room as characterful as the bedroom itself.

Designed by acclaimed interior designer Annabel Grey, Room 14 celebrates the Georgian love of pastel colour and confident decoration.
