Designed for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, this is one of our easiest access rooms, just moments from the city’s most popular shops, restaurants and historic sights. Open your courtyard gate and you are instantly in the centre of it all.

Good to know before you arrive

• Ground floor location with easy access
• After checking in at reception, there is a short one minute walk outside to reach this accommodation area. A team member will show you to your room if you check in before 5pm
• Breakfast is served just a short, level route away in the main house, easily reached from Room Four
• Check in from 3pm. Arriving after 5pm? Let us know and we will explain our simple lock box system
• Check out at 11am. Late check out may be available for a small supplement
• The Assembly House closes at 5pm unless open for an evening event. There is no communal bar or lounge for overnight guests
• Our restaurant is not open in the evenings other than for functions
• Parking is not included. Please see our Accessibility page for parking and public transport information. If you are able to find a space in the car park to the rear of The Assembly House, we can offer a £10 overnight ticket to cover your stay, please speak to the reception team when you book in before 5pm
