Room 10 at The Assembly House
A top floor luxury hotel suite in Norwich with separate lounge and roll top bath
Room Ten sits at the very top of our historic East Wing and feels like your own private Norwich pied à terre. Tucked away on the third floor, it is one of our largest suites and a firm favourite with guests and staff alike.
Reached via its own private corridor, this is the only room on its floor. Inside, you will find a generous bedroom with a sumptuous 6ft 6in kingsize bed, a separate vintage inspired lounge with velvet sofa bed and desk, and a huge marble bathroom complete with roll top bath and feature shower.
Elevated views across the east side of The Assembly House and over the rooftops of Norwich give this suite a peaceful, lofty charm. It feels removed from the bustle, yet you are just moments from the heart of the city.
Please note that some areas of the suite have ceilings of around 6ft high. Georgian proportions were elegant rather than towering. Reaching Room 10 involves climbing two flights of stairs. There is no lift in the East Wing.

Beautiful room. Comfortable and loved the separate seating area for watching a bit of tv. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around the city and only a 15 minute walk from the station so no need to bring the car.
